Students must have benefit fromall the possible conditions to evolve harmoniously with in Badji Mokhtar-Annaba University. Therefore, they have rights that only make sense if they are accompanied by duties.



- Students are entitled to quality education and research training. To that end, they are entitled to quality supervision using modern and adapted teaching methods.

- The program of the course must be at their disposal at the beginning of the year. The course materials (Syllabus, references of books and handouts ...) must be made available to them and brought to their attention.

- Students have the right to respect and dignity from the university community.

- Students must not be discriminated against by gender or any other particularity.

- Students have the right to freedom of expression and opinion in accordance with the regulations governing academic institutions.

- Students are entitled to a fair, equitable and impartial assessment. The delivery of marks, accompanied by the correction, the marking scheme and, if necessary, the exam paper check, must be made in due time asfixed by pedagogical committees and the regulatory texts.

- Students have the right to submit an appeal if they disagree with the exam results.

- Students have the right to safety, hygiene and health prevention, both within the university and in university residences.

- Students are entitled to information about the structures of the University of Annaba, including its rules of procedure.

- Students have access to the library, the educational laboratories, the computer resource center and all the material means necessary for a quality training.

- Student select their representatives to the pedagogical committees without hindrance or pressure.

- Students may create, in accordance with the legislation in effect, student associations of a scientific, artistic, cultural and sporting nature. These associations must not interfere in the administrative and educational management of the university outside the framework set by the regulations in effect.



- Sudents must respect the regulations in effect.

- Students must respect the dignity and integrity of the university community.

- Students must respect the right of the university community to free expression.

- The student must respect the results of the deliberations committee.

- Students are required to provide accurate and precise information when registering, and to fulfill their administrative and educational obligations towards the institution and its structures.

- Students must demonstrate civism and good manners in their behavior.

- Students must never cheat or resort to plagiarism.

-Students must preserve the premises and materials at their disposal and respect the rules of safety and hygiene in all structures of the university.

- Students must in no way close the doors of the administrative and educational structures of the university. They should not hinder their operation by using students as a human shield.

- Students are duly informed of the faults with which they are accused. The penalties they incurare provided for by the regulations in force and the university rules of procedure. They are the responsibility of the disciplinary councils and may reach definitive exclusion.
